So, per the usual, I have been seeing these recipes on Pinterest where you sprinkle dry vanilla pudding mix over fruit salad, I don't know, to make it better? Make a dressing? Whatever. At any rate, I have been wanting to try it. Last week, in preparation for Michelle's visit, I bought a ton of fruit, and decided to try it out, and it was pretty dang tasty! Pinterest prevails again! You should all definitely do this as soon as possible.
What You'll Need:
- 1/2 - 3/4 container of fresh strawberries
- 1 banana
- 2 mangoes (not overly ripe - mine were a little too ripe, and well the whole salad looked terrible - tasted great, looked terrible)
- pint of blueberries
- 3 kiwis
- 1 fresh pineapple
- 1-3.4 oz package vanilla instant pudding
What You'll Do:
- Prep fruit (wash strawberries and blueberries). Peel banana, mangoes, and kiwis. Core pineapple. Cut all fruit into chunks. Place in large tupperware (or serving) bowl.
- Sprinkle with instant pudding. Toss to coat.
- Store in fridge until ready to serve, or serve immediately.
- Enjoy!
