Dear Baby,
Well, today is the day! Tonight we are having a gender reveal party with your grandparents and aunts to find out what you are! Everyone is so excited, and should be here soon! Mommy is going to spend the day setting up for the party, and cleaning the house, but I cannot wait to cut into the cake that I'll pick up this afternoon, which holds the key to the mystery!
This week has been another good one, topped off by our anatomy scan yesterday! While they weren't able to get all the measurements they wanted because of the way you were laying, so far everything looks good, and they were, of course, able to tell if you are a little boy or girl! Daddy and I turned our heads for that part so that we could be surprised with everyone else, and it was a bit like torture, but we survived! It was amazing to see how much you have grown, and how you look like a little baby now with a cute little head and belly, and what appear to be long legs (which you certainly did not get from me, if that is the case!).
I did a little fall maternity clothes shopping this week, and also picked up a maternity Phillies tshirt, which I knew your Daddy would love (and am wearing it in this week's picture!). I got several long sleeve shirts and some more jeans. I am so excited about the changing seasons, and this was a nice way to mark the occasion.
Food and exercise have been about the same, still. No new cravings, and no major aversions to speak of anymore, which is nice!
All in all, we are just so excited for tonight!
